I was born in Texas, and now reside in Asotin County, where I buy, restore, and sell houses, and invest in commodities. I met my wife Oksana in 1999. We were married later that same year, and are blessed to have a daughter age 7 and a son age 4. I believe as Ronald Reagan once said, "In this present crisis, government is not the solution to the problem; government is the problem."

I will always vote in a manner that upholds the constitution, and protects our basic and fundamental God-given rights. Lobbyists and "special" interest groups will not darken my doorstep because I do not accept political action committee funds. I only represent the constituents of eastern Washington.

I will:

• Never vote to raise your taxes
• Never vote for an unbalanced budget
• Never vote to raise congressional pay
• Never vote to increase the power of the executive branch
• Stop unconstitutional spending leading us to bankruptcy and the financial dependency on China, Saudi Arabia, and other foreign governments
• Support the abolishment of the Federal Reserve, and the return to a sound monetary policy
• Oppose trade deals and groups that threaten American Independence (Including the UN, NAFTA, CAFTA, ICC, WTO, NAU, GATT)
• Protect our privacy and stop the "REAL ID" card
• Repeal the PATRIOT Acts’ warrant less searches, surveillance, and indefinite detainments without probable cause or charge
• Repeal the Military Commissions Act & re-instate Habeas Corpus
• Secure our borders, end immigration and birthright citizenship for illegal aliens
• Oppose reinstating the draft
• Support Constitutional authority for Congress to declare war
• Support issuing letters of Marque and Reprisal for all international terrorism (Article 1 Sect. 8 US Const.)
• Repeal the "Death Tax"
• Fight for choice in education & support the right to home school
• Pro-life & Pro-Second Amendment
• No Taxes on tips
• Support the Affordable Gas Price Act (H.R. 2415) which permits drilling offshore and in ANWR
• Stop the looting of Social Security, support the Senior Citizen’s Tax Elimination Act & the Social Security for Americans Only Act
• End forced health screenings and vaccinations and fight for the freedom to choose health care.
